To get your Xero invoices and receipts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Xero account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer

Checklist before downloading
- Confirm the selected workspace or account is the right one.
- Set the date range for the month/quarter you need.
- Download both invoice and receipt when available.
- Keep files in PDF and avoid renaming before accounting import.

- If you can set up email forwarding, do it to get the files on your email every month
