Invoices in full
Search by text, vendor, date, amount, tag, source or payment status, then open any invoice with its line items, coding, export status and a download link that expires after 15 minutes.
Connect your AI assistant to Tailride's hosted MCP server and ask in plain language: what still needs attention, what you spent with a supplier last quarter, which payments are missing a receipt. The assistant reads your workspace — it can't change anything.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software. Tailride runs a hosted MCP server at https://tailride.so/api/mcp. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, sign in with your Tailride account, and the assistant gets 16 read-only tools over your invoices, suppliers, chart of accounts, spend, subscriptions, sources and bank statements — limited to your workspace.
In practice
This is the block from Settings → Webhooks, with a working copy button, and the read-only tools your assistant can call after you sign in.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Codex to this workspace. Assistants sign in with your Tailride account and get read-only access to invoices, suppliers, statements, insights and integration status.
https://tailride.so/api/mcpPaste this URL as a custom connector or MCP server in your assistant, then sign in when asked.
All read-only, grouped by what they read. Your assistant picks them by itself.
Two minutes, no code.
In Settings → Webhooks, under AI assistants (MCP), copy https://tailride.so/api/mcp.
Paste it as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT, or as an MCP server in Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
Your assistant opens Tailride's sign-in. Approve read-only access to your workspace.
Ask about invoices, suppliers, spend or missing receipts. Disconnect any assistant in Settings whenever you like.
Search by text, vendor, date, amount, tag, source or payment status, then open any invoice with its line items, coding, export status and a download link that expires after 15 minutes.
Failed exports with their errors, fields Tailride wasn't sure about, lines that still need coding, and mailboxes or sources that need reconnecting.
Spend by month, vendor or tag — per currency, never added across currencies — and recurring vendors with their next expected charge.
Supplier records with their default and most-used accounts, plus your chart of accounts and cost-tracking dimensions.
Connected mailboxes, folders and accounting tools, with their reconnect status and the latest scans.
Uploaded bank statements, how much of each is matched, and the payments still missing a receipt.
Clients that support remote MCP servers with sign-in: Claude (custom connectors on claude.ai and the desktop app), ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. Scripts and headless clients can use a Tailride API key instead of signing in.
No. Every tool is read-only: the assistant can search and read, but it can't edit, delete, export or send anything.
Only the workspace you signed in to: invoices, suppliers, chart of accounts, spend, subscriptions, sources, integrations and bank statements. File links it receives expire after 15 minutes.
The owner of a business workspace on a paid plan. Access is checked on every request, so it ends immediately if the plan changes or you disconnect the assistant.
In Settings → Webhooks, under AI assistants (MCP), each connected assistant is listed with a Disconnect button. It loses access at once and has to sign in again to come back.
Only when you use it: the results of the tools your assistant calls go to that assistant, under its provider's terms. Tailride doesn't send anything on its own.
