To get your 1Password invoices and receipts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your 1Password account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer
Once done, you already have everything you need!
About 1Password
1Password stores your billing and subscription details in its secure vault. To retrieve invoices, sign in at my.1password.com and open the billing section from your account menu.
The billing area lists past invoices and payment history for your 1Password subscription. You can download PDF invoices for expense reports or tax records.
If you manage a family or team plan, the billing page shows charges for all members. Use the invoice list to reconcile costs with your accounting system.
Keep your 1Password billing email up to date so renewal receipts arrive automatically. For older invoices, the billing portal remains the primary source.

- If not visible, check: Invoices / Billing history and then Invoices / Billing history.

- Most useful files to prioritize: payment invoices, fee breakdowns, and receipts.
Checklist before downloading
- Confirm the selected workspace or account is the right one.
- Set the date range for the month/quarter you need.
- Download both invoice and receipt when available.
- Keep files in PDF and avoid renaming before accounting import.
Tips for Success
- Verify your logged in account is the correct one
- Make sure to have the correct billing information for tax purposes
- If you can set up email forwarding, do it to get the files on your email every month
- Contact 1Password support if you can't find your invoices
