Each file once
Renaming a file, moving it to another subfolder or editing it never creates a second invoice.
Connect a OneDrive folder once. Every new invoice that lands in it — from a copier, a phone scanning app, a colleague or a supplier — is imported within the hour, read by AI and sent on to your accounting software. No desktop app needed.
Tailride watches one OneDrive or SharePoint folder and every subfolder under it, with read-only access. Each hour it picks up new PDFs, photos and XML e-invoices of up to 10 MB, imports each file exactly once and runs it through the same extraction, duplicate check and export as an invoice that arrived by email. Files that were already in the folder can be brought in with a past scan.

Last hourly check
Connect once in the dashboard. Everything after that is automatic.
Open Add source on the dashboard, choose OneDrive and sign in with any Microsoft account that can read the folder. Tailride asks for read-only file access.
Browse My files or Shared with me, or paste a OneDrive or SharePoint folder link, and select Watch this folder. Every subfolder is included.
From then on, the hourly check picks up each new file. It appears in your dashboard with the folder as its source and goes on to your accounting software.
Files that were already in the folder are not imported automatically. Run a past scan for the folder from the Retroactive tab whenever you want them.

PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, GIF and HEIC, plus XML and .p7m e-invoices. Photos are turned into PDFs; other files are ignored.
Watch one top-level folder and Tailride follows everything below it, so each supplier or colleague can keep their own subfolder.
Tailride only reads the folder. It never moves, renames or deletes your files.
The watched folder doesn't have to be in the account you export to — a client's or a colleague's OneDrive works too.
Files Tailride itself filed into OneDrive are recognised and never imported again, and its export folder can't be chosen as a source.
Not for new connections yet: Google Drive folder import is waiting for Google to verify Tailride's read-only file access, and Drive folders connected earlier keep working. OneDrive works today. You can also point the desktop app at a Google Drive folder that is synced to your computer.
Yes. Paste the link of a folder in a SharePoint document library — or browse to it under Shared with me — and Tailride watches it like any OneDrive folder, subfolders included. The Microsoft account you connect just needs read access to it.
Usually within an hour. The folder is checked every hour, and each check appears in Scan History like a mailbox scan.
No — watching starts when you save the folder. To bring in older files, select the folder and a date range in the Retroactive tab and run a past scan.
Yes. Each folder counts as one connected source, like a mailbox, and each imported invoice uses credits as usual. A paused folder still counts until you remove it.
No. If the same Microsoft account is also connected for the OneDrive export, Tailride's export folder and everything inside it can't be chosen as a source, so nothing is imported twice.
The source shows Reconnect required and stops importing until you reconnect. Invoices already imported stay where they are.
