To get your Loom invoices and receipts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Loom account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer
Once done, you already have everything you need!
About Loom
Loom is a video messaging platform. Billing and invoices are in the workspace settings.
Go to loom.com/settings/workspace and sign in. Open the plans or billing section. You will see past invoices.
Invoices are generated for subscription plans. Download PDFs for your accounting or expense tracking.
For team or organization accounts, admins control billing. Ensure your billing email is correct.

- Make sure to have the correct billing information for tax purposes
- If you can set up email forwarding, do it to get the files on your email every month
- Contact Loom support if you can't find your invoices
