Download Instructions for Holded
To get your Holded invoices and receipts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Holded account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer
Once done, you already have everything you need!
About Holded
Holded is a business management platform. Subscription invoices are available in the app settings.
Go to app.holded.com and sign in. Navigate to settings, subscription, and invoices to view billing history.
Each invoice shows the plan, period, and amount. Download PDFs for your accounting or tax records.
For team or multi-tenant accounts, admins may need to grant access to billing settings.

- Start here first: Invoices / Billing history.
- If not visible, check: Subscription / Plan settings and then Account settings / Admin area.
- Holded can usually be connected for more automated collection workflows in Tailride.
- Most useful files to prioritize: subscription invoices and renewal receipts.
Checklist before downloading
- Confirm the selected workspace or account is the right one.
- Set the date range for the month/quarter you need.
- Download both invoice and receipt when available.
- Keep files in PDF and avoid renaming before accounting import.
Tips for Success
- Verify your logged in account is the correct one
- Make sure to have the correct billing information for tax purposes
- If you can set up email forwarding, do it to get the files on your email every month
- Contact Holded support if you can't find your invoices
