To get your Clickup invoices and receipts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Clickup account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer
Once done, you already have everything you need!
About Clickup
ClickUp billing is in the workspace settings at app.clickup.com. Open your workspace, then Settings and Billing.
The billing section shows your plan, members, and invoice history. Download PDFs for project management tool spend.
ClickUp bills by member or plan tier. Invoice dates follow your subscription cycle. Use the history to reconcile costs.
If you have multiple workspaces, each may have its own billing. Check the settings for the correct workspace.

- Confirm the selected workspace or account is the right one.
- Set the date range for the month/quarter you need.
- Download both invoice and receipt when available.
- Keep files in PDF and avoid renaming before accounting import.

- Verify your logged in account is the correct one
- Make sure to have the correct billing information for tax purposes
- If you can set up email forwarding, do it to get the files on your email every month
