To get your Billbee invoices and receipts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Billbee account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer
Once done, you already have everything you need!
About Billbee
Billbee is an ecommerce and order management platform. Invoices are in the app at app.billbee.io under Account, Invoices, or Invoices and Payment.
The invoices section lists your Billbee subscription charges. Download PDFs for ecommerce tool spend or reconciliation.
Billbee may also handle seller invoices for your customers. The account area separates platform fees from seller documents.
Use the invoice history to track Billbee costs over time. Past invoices remain available in the billing section.

Checklist before downloading
- Confirm the selected workspace or account is the right one.
- Set the date range for the month/quarter you need.
- Download both invoice and receipt when available.
- Keep files in PDF and avoid renaming before accounting import.

- Make sure to have the correct billing information for tax purposes
- If you can set up email forwarding, do it to get the files on your email every month
