Tailride for Safari is coming soon
We're building a native Safari extension for macOS. Until it ships, capture invoices on your Mac with Tailride for Chrome, Edge or Firefox — or let the free Tailride Desktop app collect them for you on a schedule.
Coming soon
Plenty of Mac-first finance teams prefer to stay in Safari, and we want Tailride to feel right at home there. The Safari version is being built as a native macOS app extension and will be distributed through the Mac App Store.
A native build lets Tailride respect Safari's strong privacy model and macOS battery efficiency, rather than shoe-horning a generic add-on into the browser. We'd rather ship it properly than rush it.
What to expect from Tailride for Safari
Native macOS app extension
Built specifically for Safari and macOS, distributed through the Mac App Store.
Privacy-respecting by design
Designed to work within Safari's privacy protections without tracking your browsing.
Light on your Mac
A native extension keeps memory and battery use low compared with a ported add-on.

Prefer it to run on its own, without a browser open?
Tailride Desktop collects from the same portals on the schedule you choose, can sign in for you (including authenticator-app codes), and keeps every login on your computer.
Safari extension FAQ
When will the Safari extension be available?
It's in active development. Create a free account and we'll notify you as soon as it launches on the Mac App Store.
Can I use Tailride on a Mac right now?
Yes. Install Tailride for Chrome, Edge or Firefox on macOS — all three deliver the full invoice-capture workflow. Or download Tailride Desktop for Mac, a free app that collects invoices from your portals on a schedule, even with the browser closed.
Will the Safari extension be on the App Store?
Yes. Safari extensions are distributed as native app extensions through the Mac App Store, and that's how Tailride will ship.
Will it work on iPhone and iPad?
We're focused on Safari for macOS first. Mobile support will follow once the desktop extension is established.
