- Log in to your Omnisend account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer

The Omnisend billing history page stores past invoices. Access it from the account settings for quick retrieval.

- Confirm the selected workspace or account is the right one.
- Set the date range for the month/quarter you need.
- Download both invoice and receipt when available.
- Keep files in PDF and avoid renaming before accounting import.
