To get your Github invoices and receipts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Github account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer
Once done, you already have everything you need!
About Github
GitHub offers billing history for organizations and paid plans. Access it via the account billing section after logging in.
Visit github.com/account/billing/history. You will see a list of past charges and links to download invoices or receipts.
Invoices are generated for GitHub Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans. Each charge shows the date, amount, and status.
Download PDFs for your records. For organization billing, admins may need to grant you access to billing settings.

- Confirm the selected workspace or account is the right one.
- Set the date range for the month/quarter you need.
- Download both invoice and receipt when available.
- Keep files in PDF and avoid renaming before accounting import.

- Verify your logged in account is the correct one
- Make sure to have the correct billing information for tax purposes
- If you can set up email forwarding, do it to get the files on your email every month
- Contact Github support if you can't find your invoices
