OneDrive & SharePoint Integration

Every invoice, saved to OneDrive or SharePoint

Tailride captures your invoices from every source, names each one consistently, and saves it to your OneDrive or SharePoint library — a tidy archive inside Microsoft 365, built without lifting a finger.

Filing invoices in Microsoft 365

You need the documents stored where the team can find them. Most ways to get them there are manual or break when things change.

Download and upload

Slowest

Open each email, save the attachment, rename it, drag it into OneDrive or SharePoint. Doable for five a month, not fifty.

Outlook rule

Limited

An Outlook rule can save attachments to OneDrive. It won't filter non-invoices, won't rename files properly, and misses portal invoices altogether.

Power Automate

Fragile

Wire up a flow to save email attachments. It won't read the document, can't name files intelligently, and breaks when layouts shift.

or automate it

Connect once, then forget about it

Four short steps link Tailride to OneDrive or SharePoint — no Power Automate flows, no add-ins to maintain.

1

Sign up free

Tailride pulls all your invoices into one place — inbox, uploads and supplier portals. Start free →

2

Connect OneDrive or SharePoint

Authorise Microsoft through its own sign-in and pick where invoices land: your OneDrive or a SharePoint document library. No flows to build.

3

Invoices arrive automatically

Tailride reads new invoices from your inbox, pulls portal ones through its browser extension, and even takes receipts over WhatsApp.

4

Find them in Microsoft 365

Every invoice is saved as a named PDF in the OneDrive or SharePoint location you chose, alongside the rest of your Microsoft 365 files.

A filing cabinet inside Microsoft 365

Every invoice Tailride reads ends up in your OneDrive or SharePoint, named and sorted with no manual work.

Captures from your inbox

Connect Gmail, Outlook or IMAP and Tailride reads invoices as they arrive — attachments and in-body invoices alike.

Named to your pattern

Files land with a name built from date, vendor, amount and invoice ID — in the order and separator you set. No more 'Invoice (3).pdf'.

Reaches supplier portals

Invoices behind a login count too. The Tailride browser extension grabs them from portals like Amazon and Meta. Browse portals →

Read by AI first

Each invoice is extracted before it's filed — so the filename carries real data instead of whatever the sender chose to call it.

Duplicates filtered out

The same invoice won't land twice. Tailride catches repeats before they clutter your archive.

Back-fills your history

Don't start from an empty folder. Tailride reaches back through your mailbox and files past invoices in one pass. Retroactive scanning →

OneDrive & SharePoint — common questions

Does it work with OneDrive and SharePoint?
Both. You connect through Microsoft's own sign-in, so it works with personal OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint document libraries. It is the same Microsoft 365 file storage underneath.
Where do the invoices end up?
In the OneDrive folder or SharePoint library you choose, as clean, consistently named PDFs, alongside the rest of your Microsoft 365 files.
How are the files named?
To a naming pattern you set in Settings, built from components like date, vendor, invoice ID, amount and currency, in the order and separator you choose.
Can it save to a SharePoint site or Teams?
Yes. Pick a SharePoint site document library as the destination. Microsoft Teams stores its files in SharePoint, so a Teams channel library works the same way.
Can I also keep the files elsewhere or send them to accounting software?
Yes. The same invoices can also go to Google Drive or Google Sheets, and sync to QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Business Central at the same time.
What happens to my data?
Files move over encrypted connections and are guarded by access controls. Mailbox access is read-only and used only to find invoices, and your data is never used to train AI models. It is not sold and is shared only with the providers running the service, under contract. Tailride is EU-based with a DPA on request.
How much does it cost?
You pay per document processed, not per user. The free tier handles 10 invoices a month with no card required. See pricing →
