If you've been following us, you might have noticed something different: GetInvoice is now Tailride.
This wasn't just a name change - it was a full rebrand that reflects where we're headed as a company. But don't worry, everything you love about the product is still here (and getting better).
Why the Rebrand?
A combination of factors led us to this decision:
- •Legal reasons: We received a cease and desist from GetMyInvoices.com, who felt our name was too similar. It was an honest mistake on our part - we'd never heard of them when we launched.
- •A fresh start: After a tough Google penalty that wiped our SEO traffic (you can read the full story here), we decided to use the opportunity to start clean.
- •Broader vision: "GetInvoice" was limiting. We're not just about getting invoices - we're building a holistic pre-accounting platform. Tailride better captures that mission.
