Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new plan will also be prorated and applied immediately.

What happens if I exceed my monthly invoice limit?

You can keep using Tailride, but new invoices won't be processed until your next billing cycle starts. To continue right away, buy a one-time credit bundle (credits never expire) or upgrade to a higher plan.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! You save 30% when you choose annual billing.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a free tier with up to 10 monthly invoices that you can use indefinitely. This allows you to try Tailride before committing to a paid plan.

Is the desktop app included?

Yes. Tailride Desktop for Mac, Windows and Linux is a free download on every plan, including the free tier. It uses the same monthly invoice allowance and credits as the browser extension and email scanning — there is no extra charge per computer or per device.
