Education administration has better work than portal hopping.
Facilities, IT, curriculum vendors, and food service suppliers each use different portals and email addresses. Finance teams lose hours downloading PDFs, renaming files, and chasing stragglers across departments.
When records are inconsistent, audits and board reviews take longer. Bank reconciliations suffer when invoices never made it out of someone's inbox.
