To get your Dji invoices and receipts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dji account (if you aren't already logged in)
- Look for Billing or Payment Settings
- Download the invoices and receipts to your computer
Once done, you already have everything you need!
About Dji
DJI sells drones and related products. Order history is at my.dji.com under Orders. Sign in and open the orders section.
Each order shows items, price, and status. Use the order history for warranty, returns, or expense reports.
DJI may issue invoices or receipts per order. Check the order details for download or print options.
Past orders remain in the orders section. Use them to reconcile DJI product spend over time.

- Confirm the selected workspace or account is the right one.
- Set the date range for the month/quarter you need.
- Download both invoice and receipt when available.
- Keep files in PDF and avoid renaming before accounting import.

- Verify your logged in account is the correct one
- Make sure to have the correct billing information for tax purposes
- If you can set up email forwarding, do it to get the files on your email every month
